What You'll Be Doing:

• Get to know clients and understand their needs, goals, and concerns
• Offer clear, helpful information and guide clients toward suitable solutions
• Build long-term relationships through regular communication and check-ins
• Keep accurate records and assist with basic administrative tasks
• Participate in team training, workshops, and meetings to improve your skills
• Stay informed about updates that affect our services and how we support clients

What We're Looking For:

• Fresh graduates or individuals new to the workforce - no prior experience needed
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Friendly, confident, and enjoy talking to people
• Eager to learn and grow professionally
• Motivated, responsible, and open to feedback
• Able to work both independently and within a team
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay: RM3000- RM5000 + Incentives per month
