Job Description

This job is responsible for ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes while using a company's products or services. Their role is to build strong relationships, drive product adoption, and increase customer satisfaction to maximize retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Onboarding:

Help new customers understand and successfully use the product.

Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction.

Product Adoption & Training:

Provide guidance and support to maximize product usage.

Proactive Engagement:

Anticipate customer needs and address issues before they arise.

Renewals & Retention:

Work to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.

Cross-Selling & Upselling:

Identify opportunities to offer additional services or upgrades.

Feedback & Improvement:

Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams for product enhancements.

Requirement of the Job



Training in KL for 3 months - 6 months if selected

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
