Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented client service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving assigned clients, identifying their needs, and providing services and solutions. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve assigned clients by identifying their needs through phone calls and other communication channels, effectively assisting them with a/c opening, fund deposits, and improving the conversion rate of active accounts.
Upon clients' request, introduce the company's overseas financial services and products, including Hong Kong and U.S. stocks, derivatives, and mutual funds, etc.
Assist in providing clients with market investment consultations and information services, managing client relationships, and resolving issues related to trading or deposits.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships to foster long-term engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance / economics / Business / Market Studies or Business Administration are welcome.
Experience in the finance and securities industry, internet operations and sales, new media client maintenance, channel client conversion, or online sales operations is preferred.
Results-oriented with a strong sense of goals; responsible for sales performance and client retention.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
