Job Summary:

We are hiring a Client Service Associate (Retail) to handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires excellent Japanese communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

:

Handle phone calls with customer queries and provide resolution to end users.
Escalate priority issues per client specifications to the immediate lead as applicable.
Provide inputs on process changes and best practices.
Stay updated with new updates, process changes, and announcements.
Maintain exemplary attendance and punctuality.
Any ad-hoc responsibilities as designated by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Japanese Native (no English skills required) OR Non-Japanese Native with JLPT N2 or above(Malaysians or any nationality can apply).
Education: Diploma and above.
Experience: 0-1 year of experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Japanese.
Excellent customer service skills.
Passionate about serving customers and displays high levels of customer focus.
Open to work in rotational and night shifts.
Experience in eCommerce is preferred.

Salary:

Basic: RM8,000 - RM9,000 (depending on CS experience)
Transport Allowance: RM500
Shift Allowance: Applicable

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
