Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with products and services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during and after the sales process.
Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Pre-Sales & Product Consultation
Provide clients with detailed information on products, services, and project capabilities, ensuring that they understand options and make informed decisions.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to project execution.
Assist clients in selecting products and services best suited to their project needs.
Post-Sales Support
Ensure all deliverables, deadlines, and requirements are met according to the contract.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., project management, construction, and finance) to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.
Follow up regularly with clients during and after project completion to ensure that expectations are met, and any concerns are addressed.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
Provide regular updates to the management team regarding client satisfaction, potential issues, and project progress.
Assist in preparing client reports and service documentation as needed.
Problem Resolution
Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating to management when necessary.
Provide clients with timely solutions and alternatives for project-related challenges.
Market Feedback & Product Development
Gather client feedback on products and services and share insights with the business development team to improve offerings.
Identify potential business opportunities based on client needs and feedback.
Qualification
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in client services, customer support, or account management. Experience in the construction or project management industry is an advantage Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good knowledge of the construction industry and project-related services.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Preferably mandarin speaking.
