Manage and grow

Conduct regular

Assist in
sourcing and briefing promoters/brand ambassadors
to match client expectations.
Maintain and update
client information, contracts, and project status
in internal databases.
Provide creative input and support in
brainstorming sessions
for campaigns, events, and activations.
Manage
client feedback, complaints, and escalations
professionally, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Build
strong long-term client relationships
with the goal of securing repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated with
market trends and competitor activities
to provide value-added insights to clients.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluent in
Mandarin and English
(Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage).
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a
fast-paced environment

Prior experience in
client servicing, account management, or marketing support
is preferred.
