Actively support RM to solicit for trade utilization, FX and cash balances.
Build and expand existing client relationships through pro-active contact and provide excellent client service experience.
Client Support
Support loan drawdown, cash management, trade offerings, audit confirmations and any other client servicing issues.
Ensure adherence to all internal and regulatory policies and regulations.
Manage client related data queries and remediation efforts.
Operational Related Responsibilities
Support CDD / other issues related to CDD.
Liaise with Legal & Compliance, IMO, CDU and Clients on standard documentation processes
Monitor all Excess and Past Due management and related governance.
Co-ordinate with Ops/GBS to rectify any ops related issues which can be resolved locally and issue Standard Instruction Form (SIFs) wherever required.
Handling all Vendor payment for SCB at level 2.

Support continuous improvement of the operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes to increase
the consistency of systems and processes.
Compliance with applicable internal policies, and external laws and regulations at a global level.
Support the execution of Business strategy in a well-controlled manner and on an end-to-end
basis \xe2\x80\x93 incorporating infrastructure requirements and ensuring that they are fit-for-growth.
Follow and comply with CDD policies and procedures where applicable.
Ensure internal / external KYC requirements are adhered to.

Our Ideal Candidate
Relevant undergraduate degree, ideally with minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Banking or Financial Services industry.
Ability to read and write in English.
Good understanding of Companies Act and basic understanding of Cash Management and Trade Working Capital (optional).
Able to work under broad direction but is a self-motivated individual who can demonstrate strong sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player; has technical responsibility and accountability for work performed and decisions taken.
Possess effective interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, and collaboration skills.
Results-oriented, target driven and able to work under stress.
