The OpportunityOur client, one of the top 3 ranked Australia\'s Best Workplaces of 2021 is looking for a Client Service Manager to join their elite team in KL, Malaysia. As a Client Service Manager, your core function is to work hand in hand with the brokers in ensuring top-tier clients experience from lead to post-settlement.Key Responsibilities:

• To prioritize multiple lending applications.
• To ensure quality CRM Data to maximize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• To order lender pricing requests.
• To instruct lender valuations.
• Pick up a new loan application post lead/ Online Fact Find.
• Build brokers notes and or a cover letter for MyCRM and notes for lender.
• Submission of loan application through the \'Apply Online\' system.
• Liaise with lenders, clients and conveyancers to ensure that settlements occur smoothly.
• Ensure you are delivering exceptional customer service when engaging with clients & other stakeholders to the loan application process.

Skill & Experience

• Bachelor\'s Degree/Professional Degree/Master\'s Degree in Finance or related field preferable.
• Previous experience working within the lending space, comprehension of lending terminology.
• Versed with mortgage application process, within the broker/banking network.
• Comprehensive verbal & written English skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
• High attention to detail.
• Speedy delivery and professional client interaction.
