Position Title: Client Services/Customer Support Specialist
Contract Duration: 12 months
Work Mode: Hybrid
Salary : RM 4500 - RM 5000
Work Location: Penang
Job Responsibilities
You would be responsible for resolving queries received via emails & phone calls from both internal and external clients.
Your additional responsibilities will include triaging billing issues and problems related to client access to our products.
You are required to answer inbound calls and resolve/redirect them as per defined processes.
We expect you to ensure that the request is being handled within the preset department SLA and closed after client confirmation.
Job Requirement
Graduate/Postgraduate in any background.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong research skills are critical.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a highly complex, fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills required to prioritize work and meet established deadlines.
