Requirements

• Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
• Good written (English and Bahasa Malaysia) and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
• Candidates with their own transportation are preferred.

Responsibilities
Client & Project Mangement

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative teams to oversee production from initiation to delivery.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients via email and WhatsApp to ensure timely feedback, approvals, and overall satisfaction.
• Take client briefs with clarity and context, ensuring all project requirements are accurately captured and communicated to internal creative team members.

Design Coordination

• Collaborate closely with designers to ensure all visual assets adhere to client brand guidelines and project briefs.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve design quality and storytelling impact.

Content Translation & Quality Control

• Translate product descriptions from English to Bahasa Malaysia with precision, ensuring clarity and brand alignment.
• Review and approve all translated content and final catalogue designs, maintaining zero language errors and consistent brand voice.

Timeline & Delivery Oversight

• Manage project timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed and delivered within deadlines.
