Receive and Resolve day to day enquiries on all areas within the agreed Turn-Around Time2. Review Outstanding, Unresolved Client Issue. Follow up, coordinate and collaborate with Internal Team & Client for appropriate action and resolution3. Approach all issue raised by client and escalate if necessary4. Maintain excellent service standards to meet client expectations5. Staying up to date with market trends and client preferences6. Organize regular client meeting/review to obtain feedback on KFIN Service standards7. Coordinate client visit & attend to client event as and when required8. Build Rapport with client to foster strong relationship9. Encourage and Instill positive environment and providing excellent level of service & support to clients and colleagues10.
