- Candidate should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or a related field
- 2 - 4 years experience in Client Servicing, campaign management or a similar position
- 1 - 2 years experience in Digital Marketing is an added advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills In English. Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage
- Understanding and experience with PPC, web analytics, social media and web development
- Flexible and willing to continuously learn by experience and advice
The client servicing executive\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include collaborating with the relevant departments to better address client needs, providing regular updates to higher management, and upselling company products where possible. You should also be able to identify new business opportunities through client referrals.
To be successful as a client servicing executive, you should be committed to helping clients and able to work well under pressure. Ultimately, an outstanding client servicing executive should demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills at all times.
Responsibilities
- Planning, formulating and executing advertising, marketing, promotion, digital and social media strategies for clients
- Client servicing, developing and identifying new businesses
- Ensure that clients\xe2\x80\x99 campaigns are properly planned and executed to deliver against campaign objectives
- Propose and pitch concepts and creative ideas to clients
- Support in all aspects of projects, from estimating cost, managing budgets, and writing reports for the clients and agency management team
- Measure and report performance of campaigns against objectives
- Be the primary liaison for client accounts and keep both client and internal management updated on campaign progress
- Liaise with CS team and marketing team members
