This role involves creating and managing content, curriculum, initiatives, and communities that promote client utilization and brand loyalty.What you will do: * Engagement Program Development:a. Design and execute engagement initiatives such as webinars, workshops, booths, and other interactive programs to drive sign-ups and ongoing client utilization.
b. Develop scalable processes for the successful delivery of engagement programs. * Partnership Management:a. Identify, secure, and manage partnerships and vendors that enhance client engagement activities and offerings. * Content Creation:a. Develop content such as case studies, social media posts, and other materials based on client engagement to boost brand awareness and educate clients on product features. * Community Building:a. Build and nurture VIP client groups to foster community, encourage social validation, and strengthen client relationships.RequirementsAbout you:

• Proven experience in designing and executing client engagement programs.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to scale processes efficiently.

• Excellent relationship management and partnership-building skills.

• Creative content creation capabilities for various platforms and audiences.

• A passion for building communities and fostering client connections.
