What You'll Be Doing
Drive
end-to-end execution of large-scale B2B health programmes
in line with client milestones.
Cultivate
trusted relationships with corporate clients
, serving as the main point of contact to ensure satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
(Product & Engineering, Ops, Business Development) to deliver seamless, impactful solutions
Proactively identify blockers
, take initiative to resolve challenges, and move projects forward with urgency and ownership
Track, analyse and report programme performance and health outcomes to both internal and client stakeholders
Co-create strategies to improve user engagement, participation and overall programme success
What We're Looking For
3-4 years of experience in
project management

consulting

management trainee
or
client/account management
roles
Proven ability to
manage stakeholders
, communicate effectively, and
nurture strong professional relationships
Highly
organized
