Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years in client success or customer service within a technology or design environment.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Coohom or similar design tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive training to clients on the Coohom platform.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
• Drive client renewals and strengthen relationships by understanding their needs.
• Assist clients in creating visualizations and designs using the Coohom platform.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and technical teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new Coohom features.
