Get to know the Role:
As part of the GrabAds Malaysia team, you will manage a portfolio of GrabAds client accounts and support platform level advertising revenue growth for your market.

This can be through working with leading advertisers directly, through their media agencies and/or through internal partner sales teams. You will work alongside your team to achieve a quarterly performance target. Depending on your portfolio, you will also work cross-functionally with the country operations, regional ads and product teams to recommend optimized campaign flows & identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling GrabAds solutions.

Your goal is to grow your portfolio\'s and market\'s revenue contributions by building long term client relationships and providing positive customers experience through your deep understanding of clients\' business directions and objectives and abilities

The day-to-day activities

  • Account Management:
  • Manage and grow client accounts, acting as a liaison between clients and our advertising platform. You would ensure that the client accounts demonstrate year-on-year growth (both in terms of overall revenue and average customer spends) as well as customer retention (i.e. prevent churn of client accounts)
  • Provide on-going strategic guidance to clients on the latest trends, best practices and opportunities to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Execute on the advertising strategies that meet client\'s objectives and KPIs.This includes ensuring that campaign pacing and bid optimization is performed as expected for accounts under your portfolio to ensure campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, regional, creative (where applicable) and ad trafficking teams to ensure client success
  • Work closely with product and ad trafficking teams to implement campaigns and troubleshoot issues
  • Develop test strategies to continuously improve campaign performance and overall delivery
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients throughout the campaign
  • Support market revenue growth:
  • Provide strategic advisory to leaders for key account solutions in your respective markets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, advertising or related field
  • Experience managing clients accounts and developing advertising strategies
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and platforms
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing high-performing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising platforms and their capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights that drives results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with GrabAds advertising solutions a plus
  • Experience transition from a managed IO to programmatic advertising platform is a plus
