Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email.
Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotion.
Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally.
Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notices
Key Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Secondary School / SPM certificate
1-2 years working experience, preferably in Customer Service (Financial industry would be a distinct advantage).
Understanding of MT4/MT5 with relevant experience is a plus
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
A genuine interest in working in financial markets and client services.
Passionate about delivering quality support with a positive attitude.
Willing to work on shifts (Including weekends if required).
Fluent in Mandarin and English
including written and verbal communication skills, additional language would be a plus!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
Able to start within short notice period would be a plus
