: Clinic Assistant

Salary Range

: RM1700-RM2000

Location

: Subang Perdana

Working hours

: 8.30 am - 10.30 pm (shift)

Here are the responsibilities:



Greeting and welcoming patients, and assisting them with administrative tasks such as registration and appointment scheduling Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical files Preparing examination rooms and ensuring all necessary medical supplies are stocked and ready for use Providing general assistance to healthcare professionals during patient consultations and treatments Performing basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and collecting samples under the supervision of a qualified nurse or doctor Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic work environment Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and clinic policies Dispense drugs as prescribed by the doctors, ensuring the right drugs and dosage are given out with correct instructions to the patients Perform other administrative duties of the clinic, ensure patient records are maintained and updated accordingly

What we're looking for:



Candidate must possess at least SPM with a relevant healthcare certification or diploma Minimum 1 year of experience working in a healthcare or medical setting, preferably in a clinic or hospital environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities to handle various administrative and clinical tasks simultaneously Proficient in using computer systems and medical software for data entry and record-keeping Compassionate, empathetic and committed to providing high-quality patient-centred care Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment
