Clinic Assistant Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and ask about their health status to provide a positive customer experience.
Register patients in the healthcare system, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
Assist the attending doctor during procedures, including preparing the necessary equipment according to the type of treatment.
Manage the dispensing of medication to patients, ensuring the doctor's instructions are followed carefully.
Handle panel claims, including document management and communication with relevant companies.
Carry out marketing activities such as promoting clinic services and creating content for digital platforms.
Perform other tasks related to the clinic's operational needs.
