Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Patient Care & Support



Greet and register patients upon arrival. Prepare patients for consultation and minor procedures. Provide basic first aid and patient guidance when needed. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of consultation and treatment rooms.

2. Administrative Duties



Manage appointment scheduling and patient records (manual or electronic). Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims (if applicable). Answer phone calls and attend to patient inquiries. Maintain inventory of medical supplies and assist in ordering stock.

3. Clinical Support



Assist doctor during minor procedures and medical examinations. Label and handle specimens for laboratory tests. Sterilize medical instruments and ensure infection control standards are met.

Requirements:



Minimum SPM qualification. Preferably 1 year of experience in a clinic or healthcare setting (training provided for fresh graduates). Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia & Basic English. Basic computer literacy.. Responsible, caring, and able to work in a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
