Responsibilities

Assist in both clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality. Handle data entry, documentation, and general office duties when required. Coordinate appointments, follow up with patients, and ensure efficient scheduling. Provide support to practitioners and management to deliver quality service and care. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for patients and visitors.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a dynamic environment. Responsible, organized, and an excellent communicator and team player. Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical environment is an advantage (training provided). Willing to work on weekends as part of the clinic's regular schedule.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
