Position: Clinic Assistant
Location: MMW Bone Alignment Centre, Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang

Responsibilities
Assist in both clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage and update patient records accurately and confidentially. Handle data entry, documentation, and general office tasks as needed. Coordinate appointments, follow up with patients, and ensure efficient scheduling. Support practitioners and management in delivering excellent patient care. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for all patients and visitors.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a dynamic environment. Responsible, organized, and a strong team player with good communication skills. Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical environment is an advantage (training provided). Willing to work on weekends as part of the clinic's regular schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
