Work Hour
Tuesday - Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Monday Rest Job Scope

• Processing customer payments and managing customer appointments.
• Addressing and professionally resolving customers\' needs.
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of Bone Alignment Services and Computer
• Performing end-of-day cleaning duties, including wiping down windows, mirrors, and fixtures and sweeping and mopping the shop floor.
• Taking notes and video recording of the patient\'s condition.
• Type in data provided directly from customers.
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Send promotional message, thank you message and follow up message on how patient doing after the treatment and any relevant messages to patient or potential patient

Requirement

• SPM or Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
• Have an understanding of Office 365 & Excel.
• Good with videography and photography via Phone
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Fast typing skills.
• Basic understanding of databases.
• Good command of English & Chinese, both oral and written and customer service skills
