Job Description

Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a comfortable environment. Collect and accurately record patient health information. Provide basic information and respond to patient inquiries. Assist patients in preparing for physical exams. Manage patient appointments and coordinate follow-up visits. Assist doctors and nurses during exams and medical procedures. Maintain cleanliness of exam rooms and ensure necessary equipment is ready. Maintain cleanliness of exam rooms and ensure necessary equipment is ready. Clean, sterilize, and prepare medical instruments. Ensure medical equipment is functional and report any issues. Monitor and restock medical supplies as needed. Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and safety standards. Collect, label, and prepare lab specimens for testing. Handle panel claims and coordinate with panel companies. Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the clinic's operations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
