Job Purpose

To assist in the daily operations of the clinic, including patient registration, clinical support, inventory management, and ensuring smooth and efficient patient care services.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Support

Greet and register patients at the reception counter. Assist doctors during consultation and treatment. Prepare patients for medical examination and minor procedures. Provide basic health education and instructions to patients.

Clinical Duties

Take vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. Assist in dressing wounds, giving injections, and dispensing medication under supervision. Ensure proper sterilisation of medical instruments. Maintain cleanliness of consultation and treatment areas.

Administrative Duties

Handle appointment bookings and patient records. Process billing, payment collection, and insurance claims. Maintain stock records for medical supplies and reorder when necessary. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

Compliance & Safety

Follow infection control protocols and clinic safety guidelines. Ensure proper waste disposal according to healthcare regulations. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare, or related field. Preferably with experience in clinic or healthcare setting. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, clinic management software).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
