Company Overview:

Klinik Bukit Serdang(KBS) is a healthcare clinic located in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, managed by Pinnacle of Success Sdn Bhd (SSM 20240100827). We provide a wide range of medical services, including general healthcare, occupational health, and women's health services. We are now looking for a dedicated and responsible Clinic Assistant cum Pharmacy Assistant to join our growing healthcare team and contribute to delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

? Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.

? Manage patient registration, appointments, and records efficiently.

? Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and minor medical procedures.

? Dispense prescribed medications accurately and provide clear patient instructions.

? Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of pharmaceutical stock.

? Purchase medicines and medical supplies, ensuring timely availability of stock.

? Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.

? Benchmark and compare medication prices from multiple suppliers to ensure cost

efficiency.

? Negotiate with pharmaceutical suppliers for the best purchase terms and quality

assurance.

? Prepare and maintain clean, organized examination rooms and dispensary areas.

? Handle administrative duties, including billing, payment collection, and insurance

claims.

? Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and comply with data protection

standards.

? Perform basic medical tasks such as measuring vital signs.

? Support daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

? Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Pharmacy, or

related field.

? Prior working experience in a clinic or healthcare environment is an advantage.

? Strong understanding of medication management and inventory control.

? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

? Proficient in clinic management software and Microsoft Office applications.

? Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

? Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when required.
