Welcoming, assisting and directing patients visiting the clinic.
Answering all incoming calls and either redirecting them to appropriate party or handling caller inquiries wherever possible.
Ensuring the cleanliness / tidiness of the clinic.
Providing ad hoc administrative support from time to time
Assist doctor in procedures
Perform cashiering, dispensing, stock-taking and other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
