Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Front Desk Support

Greet and assist all patients to ensure a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused experience. Manage incoming phone calls and promptly respond to inquiries across social media platforms (e.g., WhatsApp). Provide accurate information on services to both new and existing patients. Educate prospective patients on available treatments and clinic offerings.

Administrative & Operational Duties

Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups efficiently. Process billing, payments, and perform cashiering duties. Maintain accurate and organized records, including patient files, inventory, and related documentation. Support general clinic administration such as document filing, data entry, and daily operations. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the clinic at all times. Adhere to communication protocols, operational procedures, and company policies.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with chiropractors and other clinic team members to ensure seamless patient care and workflow. Assist the Doctor in managing patient flow and clinic coordination. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Additional Information

On-the-job training will be provided. Must be open to performing ad hoc tasks as required to support daily clinic operations.

What We're Looking For

Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage. Friendly, patient-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office or equivalent). A positive attitude, pleasant personality, and willingness to learn. Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willing to travel when required. Able to commit to a retail shift schedule, including weekends.
