About the role

Klinik Suppayah Falim is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinic Assistant to join our team in Falim, Perak. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our medical clinic. As the Clinic Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and clinical tasks that are essential to providing high-quality patient care.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and checking-in patients, managing the clinic's reception and waiting area Scheduling appointments, managing medical records and inventory Assisting the clinic's medical staff with various clinical tasks as needed Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming environment within the clinic Providing excellent customer service to all patients and visitors Handling telephone inquiries and correspondence in a professional manner Performing other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the clinic

What we're looking for

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks efficiently Basic medical knowledge and understanding of clinic procedures and protocols Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite Ability to work well independently as well as part of a collaborative team Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality Previous experience as a clinic or medical office assistant is highly desirable
