Requirements:

• At least secondary school or equivalent
• Basic IT knowledge
• Pleasant personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers
• Must be proficient in English; Mandarin-speaking candidates will be preferred, to handle Mandarin-speaking customers
• 5 days a week (8 hours a day).
• Working Location: (Bukit Indah)
• Training provided

• Greet patients, help with appointments, registration, and payments.
• Contact patients via phone or WhatsApp for reminders or questions.
• Dispense medication as instructed.
• Handle basic admin and paperwork
• Keep the front area neat and clean
• Support the physician during consultations
• Share simple health tips and guide patients when needed

Dispensing Assistant?

• Manage medication inventory.
• Assisting in medication dispensing.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic environment.
• Clean and perform routine maintenance of medical instruments and equipment.
