Job Offer: Clinic Assistant cum Beautician

Location: Danga Bay Johor Bahru Johor

Position Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (One weekday off per week, on a rotational basis)

Salary: RM 1800 to Rm 2800 based on experience

Start Date: "Immediate Opening"

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate, well-rounded, and committed individual to join our team as a Clinic Assistant cum Beautician. This dual-role position combines clinical support with spa therapy expertise, ideal for someone who enjoys both patient care and wellness services in a medical aesthetic environment.You will assist in daily clinical operations and provide high-quality spa treatments to enhance our clients' experience. We are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about client care and beauty wellness.

Key Responsibilities:Medical Assistant Duties:

Support doctors during consultations and minor aesthetic procedures.

Take and record vital signs and patient history accurately.

Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after procedures.

Maintain a sterile and hygienic clinical environment at all times.

Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and customer service tasks.

Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, health, and safety standards.

Spa Therapist Duties:

Perform a variety of spa treatments including body massages, facials, and body therapies.

Deliver a consistent, high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction and wellness.

Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to ensure cleanliness and comfort.

Advise clients on post-treatment care and suitable products.

Promote spa services and retail products to meet client needs and business goals.

Create a serene and professional spa environment for clients.

Qualifications:

Certificate or diploma in Beauty Therapy, related fields.

Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is highly preferred.

Good knowledge of spa therapies, skin care, and basic clinical practices.

Able to multitask, with good time management and organizational skills.

Friendly, service-oriented, and able to communicate well with clients and team members.

Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
