As part of our expansion, we are seeking a skilled and versatile Clinic Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

The Clinic Assistant is responsible for delivering efficient inventory management and assisting in the daily running of the clinic. You will work closely with doctors, healthcare staff and patients to ensure effective treatment outcomes and smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist doctors and healthcare staff in delivering patient care. Perform patient registration, appointment scheduling and updating of medical records. Support basic administrative duties to ensure clinic efficiency. Maintain cleanliness, safety and readiness of treatment areas and equipment. Provide general assistance in day-to-day clinic operations. Prescription and dispensing support. Inventory and stock management. Administrative and record keeping.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). At least 2 years experience working as Clinic Assistant in clinic setting. Experienced Clinic Assistant with no Pharmacy diploma but competent in managing medication inventory is welcomed to apply. Must be able to do all aspect of medication inventory management: stock take, stock ordering, stock receiving and keep accurate documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a caring and professional attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Organized, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Based in Kajang and/or Bangi or willing to commute. For long-term worker only, at least 5 years.
