Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Duties:

Greet, register, and assist patients upon arrival. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records. Handle phone calls, patient inquiries, and appointment reminders. Support billing processes and insurance documentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
Clinical Support:

Assist doctors during procedures when required. Clean, prepare, and disinfect examination rooms and tools. Monitor stock levels of medical supplies and reorder as needed. Manage specimen collection, labelling, and transportation.

Requirements :



Qualifications:

Minimum SPM or equivalent. Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an advantage. Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical procedures is preferred. Otherwise, training is provided. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Training will be provided for clinic management software.
Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Compassionate, patient-focused attitude. Team player with a professional demeanour. Willing and able to work rotational shifts, including night, weekends, and public holidays. Fluent in English, BM, Mandarin and/or Hokkien.

Pay: Up to RM1,700.00 per month
