Job Description

Role Summary



The Customer Service & Marketing Assistant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to patients, clients, and visitors while supporting the hospital's marketing and promotional activities. The role involves handling enquiries, ensuring patient satisfaction, assisting in digital and offline marketing campaigns, and providing administrative support to enhance the hospital's branding and service quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service



Greet and assist patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner. Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries promptly and accurately. Provide information on hospital services, doctors' schedules, and procedures. Assist with patient registration, appointment bookings, and follow-ups. Handle complaints and feedback in a timely, empathetic, and effective manner. Maintain a positive image of the hospital through excellent customer relations.

Marketing Support



Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and hospital events. Support content creation for social media, website, and other marketing channels. Prepare posters, brochures, and promotional materials (with design support if required). Monitor and update hospital's social media platforms with engaging and accurate content. Coordinate with external vendors, media, and partners when required. Assist in compiling marketing reports, patient feedback surveys, and campaign performance data.

Administrative & Coordination



Maintain accurate records of patient/customer enquiries and marketing activities. Support in preparing meeting minutes, marketing calendars, and campaign timelines. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, HR, Finance) to ensure smooth service delivery. Assist the Corporate Services Manager in daily tasks, project execution, and reporting.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
