Job Description



We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Clinic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities



Welcome, assist, and guide patients through check-in and registration Manage appointment scheduling and update patient records accurately Provide basic clinical support to doctors and supervisors when required Attend to phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries in a polite and professional manner Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies Perform any other related tasks assigned by the management

Requirements



Minimum SPM or equivalent (experience in healthcare or customer service is an advantage) Good communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English Friendly, patient-focused, and able to work well with all levels of staff Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and clinic management systems) Willing to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
