Creating a positive experience by welcoming and assisting clinic patients.
Answers telephone inquiries from patients and others, schedules appointments with practitioners, instructs patients as needed.
Preparing patient files by obtaining personal and health information.
Maintaining patient data records for evaluation and health purposes.
Promoting patient safety by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
Explain for prescribed the medication to patient as appropriate to the activitiesof the unit.
Orders and maintains inventories of supplies, as required to support day-to-dayunit clinical and administrative operations.
Guiding patients through the clinic\'s various facilities and procedures.
Setting up and stocking examination and procedure rooms.
Sterilizing medical equipment and sanitizing designated areas.
Prepare medications by following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Provides day-to-day staff support for the unit, to include preparing documents and reports
Obtains and verifies patient billing information, as appropriate to the activities of the unit; processes patient accounts, and maintains records.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
