Clinic Assistant (Female)

Requirements:

Preferable female candidate. Candidate must have minimum SPM/Diploma. Able to work in shift especially overnight shift. Good personality and communication skills. Able to blend well and work in team. Proficient in using computer. Previous experience in a healthcare setting or similar administrative role preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Guide patients through the check-in/check-out process. Assist patients with basic inquiries about treatments, appointments, and general clinic procedures. Assist healthcare providers during patient exams, procedures, and treatments. Receive and handle prescription requests from healthcare providers while accurately prepare and dispense medications based on dosage instructions. Provide receipts and process payments.
