Requirements
  • Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assistant, or a related field.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
  • Basic medical knowledge and understanding of clinical procedures.
  • Experience in appointment scheduling and patient registration.
  • Ability to maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory.
  • Familiarity with sterilization procedures and maintaining a clean clinical environment.
  • Strong patient care skills and a compassionate approach.
Responsibilities
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations to ensure efficient patient flow and minimize wait times.
  • Provide direct patient care assistance, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with minor procedures under the supervision of medical staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Apply basic medical knowledge to assist in patient assessments, understand treatment plans, and provide relevant information to patients.
  • Perform sterilization procedures on medical instruments and equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic clinical environment.
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment, including ordering, stocking, and tracking usage to prevent shortages and ensure availability.
  • Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and treatments, providing necessary support and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services, appointment scheduling, and general healthcare advice.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of examination rooms, treatment areas, and reception areas to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Support administrative tasks such as processing insurance claims, managing billing, and handling patient payments.
