Job Description

Welcome and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a friendly and comfortable environment. Manage patient registration, appointments, and scheduling using the clinic's management system. Handle patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, providing accurate information and assistance. Assist doctors and healthcare professionals during patient consultations and minor procedures. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms by cleaning and sterilizing equipment and instruments. Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times. Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing inventory of medical supplies. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Assist with billing, payment processing, and insurance claims where necessary.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

Work Location: In person
