Clinic Assistant / Receptionist / Beautician

Job Description
- Assist the senior beautician with routine examinations and procedures.
- Assist in beauty procedures / handle beauty equipment carefully and professionally.
- Cashiering on payment transactions and issuance of invoices.
- Coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals for creating and evaluating customized beauty care plans.
- Ensuring clinic complies with work health and safety standards.
- Interact with clients and able to answer walk-in and phone queries.
- Inventory Management (ie. Monitor the supply of inventory and medicines.)
- Patient Care \xe2\x80\x93 Registration of patients and schedule appointments.
- Perform all filing and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Registration & update client\xe2\x80\x99s status in clinic operating system.
- To perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
