The clinic assistant reports to the manager. He/she is responsible in operating the clinic according to the standard procedure.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Operates clinic competently and efficiently by adhering to the standard procedure. Performs customer care, triaging, registration, billing, dispensing and discharging duties.
Assists and/or performs examination, measurement, procedure, investigation and treatment within competency level, according to the standard procedure.
Establish infection control at the workplace by practicing standard precaution, cleaning with disinfectant, sterilization of surgical equipment and proper management of clinical waste.
Perform sales activities by promoting services/products, engaging prospect and reporting.
Prepare reporting to the management by recording activities, collecting data and submission of report.
Assist in marketing activities by showcasing marketing material, sharing information and contributing to content creation.
Undertake other duties as assigned by the managing director.
Required qualifications
Diploma in any fields
2 years experience in primary care clinic
Has general knowledge on primary care role and services.
Good communication skill
