Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties

Greet patients and visitors as they enter the clinic, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with medical practitioners' schedules. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records both electronically and on paper. Assist with patient intake processes, including collecting medical history and updating records. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department. Prepare examination rooms before patient visits, ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Assist medical staff with basic clinical tasks such as measuring vital signs. Handle billing and insurance documentation, including explanation of payment options to patients. Manage clinic correspondence, such as emails and postal mail, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Maintain inventory of medical and office supplies, reordering as necessary. Support infection control policies by keeping clinical areas clean and organized.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
