We are seeking a responsible and friendly

Clinic Assistant

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and is eager to learn about the aesthetic and beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist doctors and therapists during aesthetic or skincare procedures Prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment is ready before each session Manage patient registration, appointments, and records Handle client inquiries and provide basic information about products or services Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the clinic Perform basic administrative and support tasks as needed

Requirements:

Minimum

SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Healthcare, Nursing Assistance, or Medical Administration

Certification/Licensure:

Basic

CPR/First Aid Certificate

(for clinical tasks)

Experience:

0-2 years working in a

clinic, hospital, or customer service

role

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsible, organized, and willing to learn Pleasant personality with good communication and teamwork skills Able to work on weekends and public holidays (off days provided accordingly)
