Clinic Assistant

to support our medical team. This role involves assisting with patient care, clinical procedures, administrative tasks, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients, including

midnight shift duties

Responsibilities

Assist patients with registration and provide updates on waiting times and consultation room assignments Support doctors and nurses during patient examinations and routine medical procedures Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications to patients Support clinical procedures and operate medical equipment safely and professionally Answer incoming calls and handle patient inquiries promptly and accurately Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and medications to maintain adequate stock levels Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment at all times

Perform midnight/overnight shifts as per duty roster

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Minimum SPM/"O" Level; Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent preferred At least 1 year of experience in a clinical or related role Fresh graduates, Clinic Assistants, Medical Assistants, Pharmacy Assistants, or Radiographers are encouraged to apply Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient in medical office software and patient management systems Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient records Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Willingness to work flexible hours, including

midnight, evenings, or weekends

as needed Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
