Clinic Assistant (CA)
to join our team in Subang Jaya. This is a long-term role with growth potential for candidates who show commitment, initiative, and the right attitude.
Responsibilities
Assist doctors in daily clinical operations and patient care.
Manage clinic upkeep, cleanliness, and stock organization.
Handle simple procurement of medications and clinical items.
Support with patient registration, billing, and claims processing.
Perform basic administrative tasks and ensure smooth clinic workflow.
Provide excellent service and a welcoming environment for patients.
Perform panel claim submission in due time.
Requirements
Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
Fresh graduates and mid-level candidates are welcome.
Proactive, trustworthy, and willing to learn.
Strong growth mindset with willingness to stay long-term.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work in a team and follow instructions diligently.
