Job Description

Primary Purpose and Scope

Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks to ensure a high level of operational efficiency Patient registration, prescriptions preparation, dispense medicines Coordinate patient care at the clinic. Order and keep stock of medication and manage clinic tasks Manage daily clinic operations, filing system and cleanliness

Accountabilities and Key Result Areas

Assist Doctor during medical examinations and minor surgical procedures Administer medication to patients based on a doctor's prescription. Communicate with doctors about patients' progress and condition throughout treatment. Liaise with medical staff and patients in making appointments Update and document all medical care given to the patients. Deal with inquiries to provide non-clinical advice and information on clinic services To perform daily billing management and ensure all transactions are tally with the taking before closing accounts. To manage clinic administration work and company online system Monitor and order medicines and products To perform other tasks as and when requested from time to time

Qualifications and Experience

Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably candidate specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent. Good interpersonal skills, ethical approach to practice, well-groomed with a pleasant personality Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills. Good computer skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. Able to work long hours or to do shift work as and when required.
