Clinic Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic, providing a friendly and positive first impression.
• Assist in patient registration and appointment scheduling, ensuring accuracy of patient information.
• Maintain organized patient records, including medical history and contact details.
• Prepare examination rooms for appointments, ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment setup.
• Escort patients to examination rooms and assist healthcare providers as needed.
• Take and record vital signs and other health measurements accurately.
• Collect and label specimens for laboratory testing, following protocols.
• Schedule appointments, manage follow-up calls, and provide appointment reminders.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient flow.
• Uphold confidentiality and privacy regulations while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Willing to relocate at Puncak Jalil or Taman Equine. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (minimum study level: SPM)
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
