- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Answer, forward, and screen phone calls.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule appointments.
- Assist with admin documents
- Have basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Excel.
- Minimum education requirement: SPM.
- Benefits: Bonus, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, medical and annual leave, and training provided.
- Experience requirement: Preferably with working experience.
- Able to speak fluent Mandarin and English.
- Opening hours: Weekdays from 9.30 am-6.30pm or 12-9pm; Weekends from 10-7pm
- Other requirements: Able to work on weekends, a good team player and possess a good learning attitude.
