Clinic Manager Cum Receptionist
Job Description
: 1)Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room 2)Reception & manage phone calls and appointments for patient. 3)Train and orientation of staff 4)Ensure safe, secure legal work environment 5)Planning and coordinating 6)Organizing and leading 7)Reporting 8)Budgeting 9)Ensure smooth flow of work (stocks, patients schedule, patient call back, social media, panel claims, etc) 10)Keeping up to standard of clinic quality 11)Marketing 12)Document patient dental history and updates, as well as overall health and medication history 13)Administrative task Growth Prospects: Development/Leadership Training Handling Multiple Clinics Requirements:
- Degree holder \xe2\x80\x93 (Any Field)
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Consistently professional appearance, attitude, compassion and flexibility.
- Able to provide great patient care.
Contract length: 24 months Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
