Manage day-to-day sales and operations of the clinic. Planning, organizing, developing and implementing strategies in the clinic to achieve highest standard of customer service to patients. Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care and build long term relationship with patients, including to handle customers' feedback and provide service recovery where necessary, complaint case (if any), making every attempt to resolve the issue. Managing's the clinic's budget, billing system and inventory. Ordering stocks and supplies for the clinic. Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment. Performing the hiring and training of new staff members. Supervise and evaluate staff duties and performance, provide feedback and coaching. Assist in staff leave application process, documentations and movement of leave and entitlement, prepare monthly attendance report & performance appraisal
Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of working experience in a related field such as aesthetic, medical, physiotherapy, health screening, and medical center (preferable with experience in clinic management) 6 working days in a week Required Language: Bahasa Melayu, English, Mandarin (added advantage) With own personal transport and willing to travel when needed Able to work independently and in a dynamic environment Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making a decision Possess excellent planning, organizing, supervisory and motivational skills Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic and proactive approach with the ability to communicate effectively with people Positive attitude with strong inter-personal communication skills Fast Learner, passionate and proactive

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
